Sadly we have now reached the end of the digital section of WHO KNOWS??? so it’s time to share the answers!

Round 1: Crafts

We asked you to create a miniature replica of your favourite Croydon landmark.

There are two ways to share your masterpiece with us:

1. Bring it with you to the A Bit Of A Knees Up Closing Cabaret on 29 October at The Oval Tavern

2. Take a photo and send to us at info@drunkenchorus.co.uk

Sheena Chris, can you send me the WHO KNOWS??? script please?

Chris What? Why?

Sheena Because I don’t have it, you wouldn’t let me have my own copy, I had to read it from your laptop.

Chris Oh

[5 minute silence]

Chris The ramp is sorted!!! We can leave it at The Front Room so that they can use it and we’ll just borrow it back when we need it.

Sheena Great! Are you sending me that script then or what?

Chris The thing is, I don’t think… I might have deleted it

Sheena What do you mean?

Chris Sorry, I’ve just been copying and pasting and I think I’ve deleted it. I’ve got the round one script. And I think… I’ve got round three somewhere… maybe.

Sheena It’s round two I need. That’s the only one I need.…

Chris Sorry it’s gone.

Sheena Ok. I need it to make the answers funny though. So I need the script of what we originally said in the video so I can use it to make the answer page silly and hopefully funny.

Chris Right… I mean, in an ideal world it should be another video.

Sheena Yeah I know but it’s Saturday morning - it’s the last day of the festival. The answers have got to go online today before we do the live rounds at The Oval Tavern tonight, so that people have had the answers beforehand.  We’ve got to check out of this Airbnb now anyway, so we’ll have to do it in the hotel. Give me your keys, she said to leave them on the table. Grab that bin bag and the recycling will you…

[They leave the AirBnB and walk across central Croydon, weighed down with lots of suitcases and bags. They try to check in to the Jury’s Inn, which is next to the Premier Inn (where they spent the first three nights of the festival - which was after having to leave their first AirBnB because it wasn’t secure or hygienic or safe). They hope the Jury’s Inn will let them check in early so that they can finish preparing the answers and post them on the WHO KNOWS??? webpage - they could really do with a bit of luck here. An early check-in is not available. They go to Wetherspoons on George Street for free coffee refills, and find a booth with a plug for their laptops. They order coffee, and sit down.]

Sheena So, what the hell are we gonna do?

Chris [Sighs] I don’t know.

Sheena Well… What if we literally just write down the answers? And nothing else. Like a deliberate anti-climax. Or is that a cop out?

Chris Errrr… Maybe. Or what if… what if we just type this conversation out really quickly now, format it like it’s a script, and then just post it on the page with the answers underneath.

Sheena What? This conversation?

Chris Yeah, and it will be like; we haven’t made a video for the answers, we haven’t… er… even tried to write some funny text to go along with them - which people probably wouldn’t think was funny anyway (just us). So we’ve just run out of time and added a script of the actual conversation we had about writing the answers. Is that too much? Too pretentious? Or too like meta or something?

Sheena I don’t know. Will it be rubbish?
